Ask for Crystal Cove
Tell the hospital case manager you'd like Crystal Cove Post Acute in Lacey. They'll send us a referral.
We review and call you
We review the medical records and insurance, then call you to confirm.
Arrival
The hospital arranges transport. A nurse meets you, and admissions walks your family through paperwork.
